Where can I vote?
In Delaware, there are two upcoming elections in which you can cast a vote, the Primary Election on September 13, 2022 and the General Election on November 8, 2022.
State Representative Mike Smith will be on the ballot for the General Election on November 8, 2022. To learn more about polling places, look up your registration and additional voter information, visit the State of Delaware’s Voter View website.
Interested in voting by mail? Here’s how
All registered voters are eligible to vote by mail and will receive an application to vote by mail around September 4th. You can also request a ballot online.
How do I vote by mail?
First you need to apply for a vote by mail ballot and return your completed ballot back to the Department of Elections. Below is a step by step guide to how you can vote by mail on Election Day:
Step 1) All registered voters will be sent a vote by mail application on September 4th. You can also request a ballot online at https://ivote.de.gov/.
Step 2) Complete and return the vote by mail ballot application as soon as possible.
Step 3) Wait for your absentee ballot which should be sent to you the week of October 5th.
Step 4) Once you have received your vote by mail ballot, cast your votes. Vote to re-elect State Representative Mike Smith for District 22 which includes Pike Creek, Hockessin and Newark!
Step 5) Send your completed ballot back to the Department of Elections.
